The Collections are at the heart of Collecting Friends.
Show off your collection, see what others are up to… and how they display and photograph their stuff.
Your need to be registered to upload your own collection (see Free or Gold Membership on the left)… then just go to My Collection and click Upload images – after you've taken the photo, of course, but you can find tips on this under Peripherals in the top menu.

Talk about your collection. Talk about someone elses collection. Talk about the collection you'd like to have. Talk about what you saw on a James May TV show the other night. Get the picture?
The forums are built around Collecting Friends’ core categories, so you should be able to find the right one for your interests – see the main menu on the left.
The more you contribute to the forums, the more useful Collecting Friends will be… to both you and your fellow collectors.
We're always keen to find new contributors to Collecting Friends… after all, this is your place. And who knows more about your field of expertise than you? Once you put finger to keyboard you may be surprised just how much you know!
Apart from the collections themselves, articles are at the heart of Collecting Friends.
In the first instance, please send a PM (private message) to kitbasher. You'll need to be registered to do this, and you can send a message via kitbasher's collection page.
You can access your PMs from the My Private Messages link in the main menu on the left.
Take a look at the Wanted and For sale forums (see the menu on the left).
The Wanted section is a place for you to post requests for things you're looking to acquire – perhaps that elusive MkII British Army Helmet that's missing from your collection.
The For sale section is where you can post items that you’d like to sell on. Maybe you have more than one (although when's that ever been a reason to part with anything!), or you need to clear space for a new passion. Whether you sell, or how you complete the sale, is up to you.
The enthusiasts community run by collectors for collectors!
Registration is free and allows you to create a collection, post to all the forums and view all the articles. You can upgrade to Gold Membership, for a small joining fee, to get additional benefits including a ‘Maggie’ enamel badge. Compare Free and Gold Memberships.
Our collections and articles are dynamic and regularly updated. So, don’t miss out on the gems that are frequently added to existing collections.
This is your forum and depends on the active involvement of all its members. So come on, what are you waiting for?
